That’s where these super simple 2 Ingredient Oatmeal Banana Cookies can be a big saver, because whether I’ve invited it or not… cravings always come knocking! Why not have a go-to recipe on hand that can be made anytime?

Make these delicious cookies with only 2 ingredients!

If you haven’t guessed already by the name of these cookies, the two ingredients are simply Quick Oats and Ripe Bananas. You can add 1 Cup Quick Oats and 2 Over Ripe Bananas and mash them up to form a simple cookie to bake. This is also an awesome way to use up those bananas that you might usually be getting ready to throw away and a whole lot lighter than a traditional banana bread recipe.

  3. Not sure if these were bad because I used 3 bananas instead of 2 I probably should have added an extra half cup oatmeal but they came out mushy and tasted like raw banana not good really bummed I wasted my bananas

    • Dawn Lopez says:

Hi Jayme, oh man that is a bummer! I would suspect that the 3 bananas would be the cause of the mushiness! So sorry you had a bad experience!

I have seen this somewhere before, but I forgot all about them, I made them then and they were great and so easy, no bananas here today, but this is worth remembering. Thank you for sharing, I love the fact that they use no eggs, or the like. Good for people who have problems with gluten.
