Breakfast Waffle Cups Recipe

Ingredients

  • Frozen Waffles (I used store brand)
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375. Defrost desired amount of frozen waffles or microwave, do not toast or they will not be pliable. Spray your muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Press each waffle delicately into your muffin tin. Cook for 12-14 minutes until crisped. Cool and remove. Add anything you'd like to your waffle cups.
  2. I filled mine with scrambled eggs, bacon cheddar cheese.
  3. For a yummy twist, top with pancake syrup.
