Keep Summer Lunches Fun with Sandwich Art

Keep Summer Lunches Fun with Sandwich Art

Do you have kids home for the summer too? The change of pace can leave kids a bit antsy. No doubt that every parent has heard "I'm bored" more than their fair share of times. Goodness knows that I'm guilty of doing that to my own parents. As a frequent lunch making parent, I also need to keep it creative so that I don't join the masses and get bored. Well, what about playing with food? Creating some fun sandwich art might take a handful of minutes and make them less boring. This is a sponsored post by Lunchbox about Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise Squeeze Bottle, all opinions are my own.

Have you seen the new Hellmann's / Best Foods Squeeze Bottles yet? They are a big help in getting sandwiches made faster, but also adding a little element of fun.  Today's fun sandwich art is inspired by these fun new bottles.

Lunch hack! Sandwich art is also a great way to sneak in more veggies. There are so many ways to incorporate them into your designs.  We had fun playing with our food and I'm pretty excited to show you what we came up with. Ready?

First up, we have a flower scene.

So cute! I should do this for my daughter! She might like fun food and actually eat it. Toddlers are so picky.
