Ooh so fun! Frozen Peppermint Hot Cocoa Toppers. So easy too!

To make these easy hot cocoa toppers, the star player is International Delight Peppermint Mocha creamer. One of many special holiday coffee creamer flavors I mentioned last month. With some whipped topping and a sprinkle of crushed candy cane, these adorable little clouds of yum will make any cup of hot cocoa better. Then, it's time to kick back and relax OR sit down to good company.

I personally can't think of a better excuse for taking a few minutes for yourself. 😉

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of Whipped Topping (Thawed)
  • 3 Tablespoons of International Delight Peppermint Mocha Creamer
  • Crushed Candy Cane or Peppermint Candy

Instructions

  1. Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper or spritz with a little non-stick spray. Gently stir the creamer into the whipped topping until fully blended. Use an open star tip frosting decorator to pipe the mixture into small disks, sprinkle crushed candy cane on top and then freeze immediately. Keep in the freezer for at least an hour before serving. Use a thin spatula to remove from the baking sheet. Keep in the freezer until ready to serve. These melt pretty quickly. Enjoy!

These are so cute and I bet they taste great. Plus they would be very useful when the hot chocolate comes out burn-me hot!
