Shrimp is one of those foods that I associate with fancy occasions. New Year's Eve comes to mind first. I must confess that aside from shrimp cocktail or pre-made battered shrimp that my family loves, this is the first time I've actually prepared a shrimp dinner like this.
Enter this New York Style Shrimp Dinner that only takes 20 minutes to make. Seriously.
After trying this really easy but fancy recipe, it's definitely going to be something I do a whole lot more often. Who knew? My son went out to the movies tonight and it ended up being the perfect time to make something different at home. It's not often that we have a quiet night along around here, but it was pretty awesome. I also haven't had polenta in years and this was the first time I made it for the hubby. I was a little nervous, but he ended up loving it. Phew.
Anyway, back to this easy shrimp dinner. It all starts with preparing the polenta in a skillet.
Then after some garlic, salt and little flour, the shrimp is ready to cook.
Warm the sauce and this meal is ready to go. See how easy that is? Easy enough to serve any night of the week. Giddy up! This is another recipe that's going on my list of favorite go-to dinner ideas. I'm hoping you'll agree. But you have to try it for yourself and let me know 😉

- Remaining with remaining oil and shrimp.
- Spoon 2 cups of hot Bertolli Riserva Marinara Sauce onto serving platter.
