One of the very best things about summer is ice cream. Not that it's not amazing for any season, but you have to admit that it's extra special to cool off to on a hot afternoon. These super cute mini waffle ice cream sundaes can be whipped up in just a couple of minutes. As an added bonus, they promise to bring a smile to almost anyone's face... guaranteed.
These sundaes are easy to make, you just toast up a frozen waffle and trim into a cone shape. Then add a scoop of your favorite ice cream on top and if you're feelin' mighty fancy you can add a cherry too. Whipped cream, chocolate sauce.. you name it. Anything you like, go for it.
Grab a spoon and maybe a fork and get ready to crack a smile.
